Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is not an age limit, but we encourage you to bring your ID when you register.

Why do you need to know all this information?

Each person receives a seating card at registration. To ensure that people are seated together properly and that there are enough seats it is very important that we know the winner you are there for.

What happens at this event?

From 5:00 to 6:00 people register at the tables in the hallway outside the conference center. If you have not paid already, you may do so then- cash or check only the night of the event. Each person receives a seating card at registration. To ensure that people are seated together properly, it is very important that we know the winner you are there for. Dinner is at 6:00 and immediately following is the presentation of the awards. The event should be over by 8:00.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to, but we encourage you to do so.

What is the refund policy?

We cannot issue refunds after May 18, 2018

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Whatever the name is on the ticket will be the name on the seating card and registration lists. So, please register under the name you wish to use that evening.
